App Privacy Policy

Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to the Aerowerkz Operations mobile application (“App”), an internal tool used exclusively by Aerowerkz employees and authorized team members. The App is not available to the public and is not intended for customer use.

1. Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies solely to current Aerowerkz employees and authorized staff who have been granted access to the App by Aerowerkz management.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide access to the App:

  • Full name — used to identify you within the App
  • Work email address — used for account creation, login, and internal communications

We do not collect payment information, location data, device identifiers, browsing history, biometric data, or any other personal information beyond what is listed above.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your name and email are used solely to:

  • Create and manage your App account
  • Authenticate your identity when logging in
  • Identify you within the App’s internal workflows (e.g., job assignments, activity logs)

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose outside of internal operations.

4. Who Has Access to Your Information

Your information is accessible only to Aerowerkz management and authorized administrators responsible for managing App accounts. It is not shared with customers, third parties, or outside vendors except as required to operate the App’s underlying infrastructure (e.g., hosting or authentication services), under confidentiality obligations.

5. Data Retention

Your information is retained for as long as you remain an active employee with App access. Upon termination of employment or removal of App access, your account and associated data will be deactivated and deleted within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Security

Access to the App is restricted to authorized Aerowerkz personnel. We take reasonable steps to protect employee information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

7. Your Rights

You may request to review, update, or delete your account information at any time by contacting your manager or the App administrator.

8. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, employees will be notified through internal channels before the update takes effect.
